Orange, Grapefruit and Mint Juice

On such a beeeeeautiful spring day I’m getting inspired to bring in some refreshing spring/summer drinks!

I LOVE grapefruits. I know that they’re not everyone’s cup of tea though! So …..

Here’s a little drink that takes away some of the tartness of the grapefruit and leaves the drink with a zingy rather than very tart edge.

Orange, Grapefruit and Mint Juice

Gather Your Goodies

1/2 Grapefruit

1 Orange

1/2 Fermented Lime

5-6 Mint leaves

2 Cubes Ice

It’s Action Time!

Orange, Grapefruit and Mint Juice

Juice your grapefruit, orange and fermented lime.

Add the juice to your blender.

Pop in the mint leaves in their whole state.

Top with ice cubes.

Lid on.

Soooooo refreshing! AND you’ve had a few probiotics to boot. I know. This is just too easy. 😉

You gonna make this one then? Everything available in your supermarket/grocer and fermenting a jar of limes/lemons takes literally 5 minutes.  Not tried it yet?  Check the links in this post to see how it’s done. 🙂

Catch you Friday …
