It’s not just here. It’s everywhere!
If you read the news/follow trends, you may well have noticed that there are national newspapers and magazines talking about fermented food and drink all the time now. Pharmaceuticals are looking to isolate specific bacteria to create the most powerful probiotics.
It’s EVERYWHERE.
Today I’d like to share some reader quotes/stories/feedback on the recipes I’ve been sharing. Mostly fermented, but also healthy food suggestions and some basics, such as chickpea flatbread recipes, to slavver with fermented foods or enjoy with a salad and fermented dressing. You get my drift. Whatever suits you!
It’s so exciting to see people spread the word around the globe and start making this amazing food!
