Ooooh! You may have joined me after this was published and I wouldn’t want you to miss out.

Pancakes are a lovely dessert at ANY time of year and this is a chunky little beauty, light enough to make you feel no guilt, sweet enough to satisfy the craving and yet made with nothing naughtier than nuts, eggs, milk, butter, coconut oil and a cheeky little raising agent.

(Oo-er. Who said agents are in on this? ‘As that Foody got spies?)
